Samuel was very punctual and was communicative with me about his appointment time via text messages and phone calls. He performed an in-depth examination of inside/outside of my home. He ended up setting traps and laying poison in areas where he would believe the mice would get caught/killed. I have confidence that his efforts and expertise will get rid of the mice that I have in my home. I would recommend him to anyone that doesn't want to be just another "number" to an orkin or terminix type of franchise pest control company. Samuel came out as soon as weather allowed and gave the whole house a good look over before telling me his plan. We had ants making there way in from a hole somewhere near a window that was tough to spot. He got the job done and was true to his quote. A few weeks and some good rain later, our front door began giving us issues. The wet wood was attracting ants and we don't need that mess. I called Sam and he was surprised that the ants had moved from the back to the front until I explained about the door. He came out THE NEXT DAY and made quick work of accessing the situation and coming upon with a plan. Zero additional charge as he stands by his warranty even though the issue was a different spot in the home. Great guy, great service. Highly recommend.

I was having lots of problems with ants coming in from outside. When I called he was booked up for the next several days and yet he was willing to come out to my home next day at very early in the morning to show me where the ants were located I was shocked to see so many of them. He sprayed all over and now I am a happy homeowner without being invaded by the ants. He was very polite and explain as I had concern because I have cats. I will use him again.

I just ordered a patio set and I was preparing to enjoy my backyard and then I noticed a cantaloupe sized nest in a tree (disclaimer I just moved here and clearly the nest was there long before me). I panicked first and then I Yelped which is how I found Omega Pest Control. Samuel was very responsive to my inquiry. I sent pictures and a description of the problem. Based on the information I provided he told me it was a wasp nest and gave me a very reasonable price range for the service. He agreed to come out the next day, which was the 4th of July. I said are you sure because it's a holiday? He said no problem I'll come in the morning at 10am. At 10am, Samuel was there ready to tackle this wasp nest. 20 or so minutes later, the wasp nest was gone, I had an invoice, and the work was guaranteed for 90 days ( basically call him if I saw any issues). I was elated and ready to start enjoying my long weekend. As if his service wasn't already great, he messaged me Monday to inquire if I saw any wasp activity. Now that's the kind of service I love. He was great. I was panicked but as soon as I talked with Samuel, I felt confident he would resolve my problem and he did. Highly recommend him!
